School Bus Derby Returns to Labor Day Show
The ever popular Labor Day Demolition Derby at the Tri County Fair will be bigger and better than ever this year with the inclusion of the school bus derby during the late afternoon show that closes the fair each year. The introduction of the school bus derby at the 2010 fair was greatly enjoyed and has been added to the big show on Monday this year. Several area drivers have been building these monstrous vehicles to compete for the big trophy and bragging rights from the show.
The Monday show will also include several other classes of vehicles including compact cars, pickup trucks, minivans, and the more traditional fair class cars. The event will host drivers from across the Tri County and surrounding areas and will definitely be full of metal crunching, mud slinging fun to thrill the grandstand audience.
The Monday show begins at 4:00 PM and grandstand admission is just $10 or less if purchased in combination with any other evening event at the fairgrounds.
