Exhibitor's ticket is $8.00. An entry fee of .25 per entry will be charged. Please refer to rules and regulations. All entries must be in white pint or quart fruit jars with two piece lids and neatly labeled. Display of 3 jars are the only exception. Canned fruit and vegetables must be shown in white quart or pint jars - except where specifically stated. All jars must be neatly labeled and sealed with two piece lids. Rusty lids will be disqualified. Dirty jars or visible mold will be disqualified. Jams are made of chopped fruit and preserves are made of whole fruit. All jams, jellies, and preserves must be in regulation jelly jar, half pint, or pint jars with two piece lids, neatly labeled. All jars must be water-packed. Paraffin sealed jars will not be judged. All preserves, jellies, jams, and pickles are opened by judge. Any other entry may be opened at the judges’ discretion. Best of Show plaque will be given to the best or most outstanding in Canning categories 2054 - 2093.
