Entries can be dropped of at the Secretary's office or mailed to PO Box 142 Mendota, IL 61342. Remember you MUST bring a copy of the babys birth certificate.
NOTICE: If you plan to enter your baby in the Baby Show, please read all rules and regulations below to avoid disappointment and confusion.
Entry fee, copy of birth certificate, etc. must be in the fair office before 12:00 pm Sunday, September 1, 2013. If entries are mailed in, a XEROX COPY of birth certificate must be in the fair office by 12:00 pm Sunday, September 1, 2013. Please note, past winners of the baby contest are ineligible to enter.
